Kenya: Protecting Smallholder Farmers

In partnership with a local MFI, we launched a drought protection program covering 5,000 smallholder farmers in Machakos County. When the 2023 drought hit, our satellite-based triggers activated automatically, providing farmers with payouts within 48 hours.
